"I had a very contrasting experience with Simpply Energy to the other review. Phil never turned up on time and the price substantial increased from the original quote. As Phil never left us with a compliance certificate for the substantial changes made to the fuse box and wiring, we had to engage a 3rd party to certify the work. They described Phil's work (electrical) as amateurish."

"After a bad experience with plumbers and heating engineers that fail to turn up and are unreliable I was very pleased with the quality of work and the the good timekeeping from this company. When the plumber said he would arrive at 5pm, he did so despite heavy traffic. He was punctual, tidy, clear about what he was doing and what the problems were. He was quick, efficient and I felt a good job was done at a reasonable price. I would certainly recommend this company."
