"An excellent range of classes on offer with first rate instructors. We especially like the aquarobics classes every morning and the child-free swimming pool (between 12.00 and 2.00pm every day)"

"I can heartily recommend the restaurant at the Village Hotel in Chilwell, I had never tried the Hot Rocks style of eating and was a little apprehensive: Cooking your own food on a slab of granite heated to 200 degrees did not really appeal but how glad I was to have tried it!
The succulent steak I had was the best I have every eaten, as fresh as any I had ever had (and I love my steaks) and cooked to perfection, by me!
Do yourself a favour and try Hot Rocks.
Strongly recommended."
